Great shop, I very often buy a latte there before starting work (very tasty ??) the shop is super clean and tidy and the staff is nice! This morning I was only allowed to watch loudly how an employee was nagged in front of the customer, that doesn't work at all !!

I need to correct my rating. Anyone who is not familiar with the Covid19 hygiene regulations and scolds a customer loudly because the fleece jacket was pulled into the face because the mask was just lost. This is legally permitted and does not reduce the protection of the mask. This behavior is impossible and I have lost myself as a customer too.

Very rude and abusive staff. Hygiene regulations of the employees are not observed. The mouth-nose protection is worn under the nose and one watches again and again how they touch the face and the mask. Guests are treated rude and staff call guests stupid. Because they cannot read the sign, which explains that the toilets are closed.
